TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) Complete the Registration Coupon to validate and mail the original within 21 days of issue date from your participating sponsor (this will be determined by the postmark date on your envelope) with a $100.00 good faith refundable deposit in U.S. dollars in the form of a check, Money Order or Cashiers Check which will be applicable toward airline and hotel taxes. Residence of the state of Washington are not required to submit a deposit. Any balance will be returned 30 days after travel is completed by contacting Spirit Incentives via telephone or mail. Your deposit will not be refunded if you fail to appear on a confirmed reservation.

2) Once Registration Coupon is validated, Spirit Incentives will then issue a valid Reservation Request Form. When you have received your Reservation Request Form, you must:

· Select three (3) valid dates.

· Mail in at least sixty (60) days in advance of earliest departure date.

· All dates must have at least thirty (30) days between choices.

· Arrival dates must be on a Monday or Tuesday; all other arrival dates are subject to a surcharge.

· This program is not valid on major holidays and a full 7 days before or after a major holiday. (Major holidays: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas).

3) Vacationers are responsible for charges incurred in excess of this offer, such as but not limited to; taxes, transportation and surcharges.

4) Group travel fees will apply to each certificate holder (more than 1 certificate) requesting to travel together. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other vacation offer or Spirit Incentives certificate.

5) This certificate has no cash redemption value and is non-transferable.

6) It is the responsibility of the end user to provide proper documentation such as Passports, Birth Certificates, Visas, Photo Ids etc. for International departure if necessary. It is important that you do not leave for your vacation until you have received your reservation confirmation voucher from Spirit Incentives.

7) This offer is void where prohibited by law and is not valid for sponsors, distributors, employees, or family members of sponsors or distributors.

8) Cancellations must be made in writing and penalties may apply once reservations have been confirmed.

9) Spirit Incentives does not assume any liability or responsibility for damage, expense or inconvenience, not for loss, injury, death or damage to any persons or property at any hotel or on any aircraft/ship, or in transit to and from said hotel/aircraft/ship, or for any cause whatsoever due to delays, cancellations due to nature, mechanical breakdown, strikes, or acts of God.

10) Spirit Incentives will make every effort to accommodate one of your travel dates, but reserves the right to offer alternative travel dates when necessary.

11) Spirit Incentives will issue airline tickets approximately 14 days prior to departure. Flight schedules are at Spirit Incentive's discretion. Deviation or changes may be granted for a fee by contacting the air carrier once ticketed. Itinerary information is available by calling two to three weeks prior to departure.

This vacation offer expires 1 year from date of issue and travel must be completed before expiration date.

Valid only from most major U.S. departure cities in the 48 contiguous states (not valid from Hawaii or Alaska) including; Washington, Baltimore, Newark or New York City.

Hotels and airfare are subject to change and Spirit Incentives space availability. Additional airfare and extended room nights must be purchased through Spirit Incentives.
